Delivery and Availability
Delivery of the goods is via a courier company during business hours. Please note that delivery
will require a signature. If you want to provide special delivery requests these can be done when you are on the confirm
order page. On rare occasions a product you have ordered may be out of stock and if this occurs we will contact you by email
to discuss whether you want an alternative product or a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Our products have each been made by skilled craftsmen and are hand chosen by us to meet our high
quality standards. However, if the product does not meet your expectations then we will happily refund or exchange. You
must contact us at support@easterninfluence.co.uk to tell us you will
be returning the goods and we will provide the delivery address. All returned goods must be in an unused condition and packaged in a similar manner to which it was sent. The cost of return delivery is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective
in which case we will refund the return delivery cost. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Disclaimer
As the majority of our products are handmade with natural products, we cannot guarantee the
dimensions and colour are exactly the same as those mentioned and displayed on the product page. There may be a very slight change
due to the individual crafting process.
